PWC Boston is thrilled to announce the return of our most inspiring event of the year—our Annual Awards Celebration! 

Join us on November 5th as we come together to honor the trailblazers, changemakers, and rising leaders who embody our mission: to support, advance, and connect women in the AEC industry while promoting equity and inclusion across the built environment.

We want to hear from YOU! Whether you're nominating a colleague, mentor, community leader, or yourself—this is your chance to celebrate those making a real difference. All award categories are open to members and non-members. The Volunteer of the Year Award requires an active PWC membership. To submit a nomination, simply click on the award category below. 

Award Categories:

• Rising Star – Celebrating an emerging leader who is already making waves early in their AEC career.
• Volunteer of the Year – Honoring an individual whose dedication to PWC Boston and our mission has gone above and beyond.
• Excellence in Mentorship – Recognizing someone who is lifting others as they climb, sharing their knowledge, time, and encouragement.
• Community Impact Community Impact – Highlighting efforts that go beyond the jobsite to create meaningful, lasting change in our communities.
• Woman of Achievement – Our highest honor, awarded to a woman who has made extraordinary contributions to the industry and continues to inspire others.
