Awards Nomination- Rising Star

This award is given to a woman who has been in the A/E/C industry 15 or less years, who has demonstrated strong ethics and values, has proven to learn & think strategically, focuses on customer’s needs and sets high standards for herself and continues to seek opportunities to grow.

She has experience building rapport and managing conflict. She works hard in achieving personal career goals and objectives.

This woman has learned in her young career to make decisions, take responsibility, act with confidence, and is a positive role model for others in her field. Successful candidates have not yet reached a senior-level position but represent a future candidate for the highest level of their profession.

Judging Criteria

• Demonstrates excellent work ethic.

• Takes responsibility for actions.

• Coworkers and clients see the drive of the individual to advance in their career.

Nominations will undergo a 'blind review' such that nominee's name/title/firm as well as nominator's name/title/firm will be hidden from the selection committee.
