Natasha currently holds the position of Vice President and Shareholder of Northstar Project & Real Estate Services, a privately held firm focused on providing Owner's Project Managment services. During her seventeen-plus years in the industry, she has been involved in various projects, including higher education dormitories, office interior fitouts, master planning support, feasibility studies and pharmaceutical lab fitouts in the Greater Boston and Providence areas. Since joining Northstar, Natasha has seen projects through all phases of planning, permitting, design, construction administration, and closeout. Prior to joining Northstar, Natasha spent 7 years in the architectural field working for DiMella Shaffer Associates, during which time she earned her Massachusetts architectural license. Natasha currently serves as co-chair of the Professional Women in Construction's DEI committee.
