Description

The first-of-its-kind summit bringing women together across the construction and built-environment industries—from concept through sale—to build relationships, strengthen mentorship, and create meaningful connections across sectors.

Our goal is to highlight the built environment as an interconnected system and equip individuals at every career stage with the tools, mentorship, relationships, and perspective needed to lead, influence outcomes, and sustain long careers shaping the future of our industry.

Who Should Attend: Women and men working across the built environment who want to expand their networks, strengthen leadership skills, and shape the future of the industry. This summit is ideal for professionals in construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, development, planning, and related fields—from emerging professionals seeking mentorship to experienced leaders looking to connect, collaborate, and elevate the next generation of women in the AEC industry.
