PWC Leadership Development Program Application

In support of PWC’s mission to support, advance, and connect women, and to promote diversity within the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), and related industries, our Professional Leadership Development Program seeks to: 

  • Provide opportunities for people across all stages in their careers to create deeper relationships with industry colleagues
  • Develop essential leadership skills that are tailored to success at different career inflection points
  • Create a setting for people to shift their mindset and implement strategies to accelerate their career growth
  • Foster collaboration among people who are seeking to gain the confidence to lead in their own careers and across our industries
  • PWC is committed to providing people throughout their careers with the right learning at the right time

Describe a time when you felt imposter syndrome. What were the circumstances and how did you overcome it?

By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to the expectations outlined below.

• Attend all six in-person sessions (approximately two hours each, with the first and final sessions lasting about three hours), held monthly from January through June.
• Meet in pairs or small peer groups between sessions (in person or virtual) to discuss how I’m applying my learning and to give and receive peer coaching
• Complete selected brief readings or podcasts on relevant leadership topics that will be incorporated into sessions
• Attend the June graduation ceremony to recognize and celebrate my accomplishments and those of my peers

Program Fee: $2,000 (payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance).

My non-refundable fee to participate in this program includes exercises to apply after the program, content slides and readings for each session, and a certificate of completion from the program.
